When your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with a tracking number so you can easily track your package. We take pride in our packaging and make sure that your order is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Stimsalts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within a 48-hour window after delivery is confirmed IF the product has been damaged or has arrived opened.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team with your order number, a photo of the product, and the reason for the return. We'll provide you with a return label for shipping. Please note that the item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped out as soon as possible.
